The dry season in Guanacaste. It's hot, yet many of the trees lose their leaves till the return of the rains in May.
Inexplicably, other trees are flowering. Reddish-tinged sandalwoods are evident in the first two of these views, which were
snapped just inland from the shore to the north of Samara Bay.
